It is very important for our company to make our customers happy.

We think just like a customer because we are also customers of many services and products and everyday we buy something online. You are free to change your mind or exchange your item. We hope it won’t be but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept your returns or you can exchange the item(s) with another one, similar or not.

Returns

You have  10  days to return your purchase starting from the date you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You need to contact us for your returning in case of easy process

You need to keep your receipt in case of return.

Refunds

After your return, we will refund the full cost of the product to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. In case of a damage during shipping, you should definitely report this issue to shipping company – actually the best would be to check the package before the cargo man leaves and once you notice any damage, you should not to accept the package and send it back with the cargo man by reporting the damage. As you may know, transportation is a different business and they have their own way. So, better to be careful about shipping matters.
