Shipping Terms

Agean Music shipping terms are the followings:

Items you order will place week days between 8am and 5pm and process within 48 hours of receiving payment. All orders are shipped from our head office in Istanbul, Turkey after your payment is cleared.

If it is weekend then it will take from 48 hours to 72 hours to process.

Our shipping charges are based on volume of your product(s) plus your country distance which we are providing the low rates charges.

We can’t ship to P.O boxes, we need physical address.

We ship your orders after processing time via UPS, DHL AND TNT. It takes 2-4 work days to USA, shorter to other cities in Europe.

If your orders are delayed due to to product unavailability for immediate dispatch, we will try to arrange the products as soon as possible after inform you via email. This could cause a delaying process.

Our company will not cover delivery delays due to customer unavailability of if the given address is not valid. So please submit your correct and complete details what you are requested to avaoid delays in shippment.

In case you have received a different product or damaged product in shipment , please contact us at info@ageanmusic.com and we will solve the issue in a quick time.

Please note that “customized products” you ordered can take longer than standard shipping duration. A standard shipping takes 2-4 work days but customized products can take more time
