Return & Refund Policy

It is very important for our company to make our customers happy. We think like a customer because we are also customers of many services.You are free to change your mind or exchange your item. We prefer that we don’t come to that but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept your returns or you can exchange the item(s) with another one, similiar or not except for some products such as custom made and special orders.
Returns
You have 15 days to return your purchase from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You need to contact us before shipping it back to us for a better process.
You need to keep your receipt in case of return.
Refunds
After your return we will refund the full cost of the product to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
